W10 Women's Cricket - but not as we know it!

Would you like to try out a new activity this year? Get active, meet new people and enjoy a bit of competition?
We're hoping to start a new group here at Gosport Borough CC for women of all ages from 14+ who want to play cricket. It's quick and it's fun and it's played with a soft ball.

Right now, we just want to gauge levels of interest. Let us know if you and/or your friends, relatives, work colleagues, neighbours are interested as soon as you can, preferably by 29th January. You don't need to commit at this stage.

Please get in touch with me, Barbara Cooke, Club Secretary, for an informal chat or to register your interest. Mob: 07968103578 or barbara.cooke99@yahoo.co.uk

GOSPORT BOROUGH CRICKET CLUB

Our club needs Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Helpers!!

We are in need of more qualified coaches, coaching assistants and helpers to assist our small team of existing coaches run our various age groups of Colts next season.
It's essential that we keep the Colts running not only to provide our players for the future but also to ensure we remain Clubmark accredited, which is a prerequisite of the club being part of the Southern League.

If you're interested in being a coach, assistant coach, or if you can offer any help at all with the running of our colts, please let me know asap!
It doesn't matter if you can't commit every week to help running the colts, we'll organise things so you can help when it's best for you. Not only do we need additional coaches and assistants but we need parents to help in any way they can, particularly on match days with organising refreshments, collecting match fees, scoring, putting out chairs etc etc.
